1970 brakes

I have a 70 grande and want put disk brakes up front. Does any body know of a vehicle I can search out in junkyards that would be a compatible swap for my car?

Hey man. Find a Granada. Ford made them and they were fog ugly but the disc brake is a direct swap

Does the year matter ? I can't seem to find one any older than a 75. Thanks for your help by the way

Joedon, I dont know the years the Granada was made but I know I transplanted the disc brakes from a 75 or 76 into my 65 stang. It was a pretty simple swap. If that's not an option, virginia classic has a disc brake upgrade fir a fairly reasonable price. I helped put one of their kits on a buddies 66. Easy instructions and great product with new everything.
