Lightbulb 68 EFI swap?

SO Im about to partake in a 68 EFI swap. Instead of putting a fuel injected 5.0 in the car, I'm going to Fuel inject my 289. Has anyone done this? or have any tips or tricks. Im going to put E7 heads on and the upper and lower set up off a 90's H.O. motor. Im going to use the A9L computer, and i know Im going to have to purchase new sensors, wiring, Fuel lines, Fuel pump, and gaskets. I am also replacing my Distributor with a CCD...

Am i forgetting anything? Has anyone done this? i would really appreciate any advice you could give...

289 With 302 heads Bored .30= Edellbrock Performer RPM = Holley 650 Double Pump = Hooker Headers to Flowmaster 55's= 03 Billet Rims = Name a part... Its been replaced.

Re: 68 EFI swap?

did it with a 64 1/2 galaxie , we disected a 90 Stang wiring harness
but I'd never do that again / now you can just buy a harness from painless wiring and your good to go , and I'd stick with the ol 89 heads ,they flow better than the late model heads and keep your compression up , you'll probably loose a at least a point of compression with the late model heads , the trick back in the day was to put the 289 heads on the roller motor for some cheap power ........
