68 mustang

I am currently restoring a 1968 mustang that I got for 800$ when I first got it should have been called the rustang... I am almost done with it I just need help with a couple things I bought a new starter from autozone.. ( never buy parts from here they never work) And it won't kick out.. Iv tried everything... Any ideas that might make it work? And also I can't figure out how my carb linkage goes so if any one has a picture of a 1968 L6 with a 1bbl carb please send it me!! Thanks
-Travis.

Re: 68 mustang

You might have gotten a bad starter I would take it back and have them test it your linkage will have to be answered by someone else that knows about that.

That's a nice braking system!
Yeah these things are money pits, don't do it for an investment... You could put it to better use in the stock market... but where's the fun in that!
