My toy

This is my '66. I've owned it since i graduated high school in '66. 42,000 original miles.

289 4 speed. I tried to give it to my son a few years back before it was cool again. His loss. Now momma and I take it to car shows around Seattle. Yep, original owner.

Son was 16 then. He wishes he had taken it now that's it's worth more than his new car. 

Very awesome! I hope I can keep this one forever...first car, had it since I was 15, enjoyed it for 6 years so far and plan on many more

I've talked to quite a few guys at shows that wished they'd kept their first car from back in the day...hell one did still have his Chevelle, he was 42 and went thru 2 divorces, clearly it was either the car or the wife, lol.

My first car was a 60 impala but when i graduated my dad helped me buy the Mustang. The Impala had a much better back seat. 
