Rear Quarter panel repair??

I need help on repairing the panels. I have a parts book and it has panel.repairs do I have to cut it out or weld it to the other.panels?

Generally you would cut the rust out so it can not keep rusting away I'm sure there is a video on YouTube about repairing quarter panels

Do you mean around the wheel? If there are no patch panels for that area you might need to buy the whole panel to get that area. Are you looking at NPD for the parts?
