wheels

Hey,
I'm searching 4 wheels for my 65 fastback...don't like the caps anymore...
Something like the vintage 40/45 wheels would be great...preferred in 16"
I know, I could buy them new, but I like the used look and maybe I can save some money too

Re: wheels

hm, no not really...
i definitely need some wheels, which at least look like the originals...i want to ship the car in approx 2 years to germany and i'll need an car, which look like the car 46 years ago, for a special license plate, which would make the car pretty cheap in tax and insurance...it's just for cars over 30 years and shall keep the car as a cultural heritage...so they have some strict restrictions

here is a picture of it...think your wheels wouldn't look nice on it anyway, but thanks !

This style is from that era, I think they would look good on your car.

@Dmay65: maybe the cobra wheels

But wayne, there are many nice wheels, just hard to find some used vintage ones...asked here: http://www.junkyarddog.com/ for such wheels...they send the request to all big junkyard in the usa...wish me luck
