65 mustang interior color

The exterior is going to be some shade of a bright blue. I like b5 blue which is the color of the super bee blue charger. Or maybe something a little more royal. Anyway to the main dilemma, I was planning on doing a black int with some blue detailing for the longest time but then I just got this amazing idea to do a tan interior with blue detailing, am I crazy or does it sound like it would look very classy. Like tan racing seats, back seats to match fronts, panels tan, and of course some raw aluminum here and there, and then hit it with some blue gauges and 4 points, blue stereo and maybe a blue dash or door panels or doors themselves. Anyway I'm very visual so it's hard to imagine it but does that sound good to any of you?

Everyone has different tastes when it comes to this sort of topic, so you're gonna have to go with your own ideas on this. But, if ya want some input, I believe tan is a very classy color. It's a modern color that goes with any exterior color. I like black/tan combo and I think you need to be careful with how many blue accents you use (a few carefully placed blues is nice, but too much and it'll have a tuner car look) haha

Just my input, and like I said everyone has their own tastes. it's your car, so build it the way you want

And if you want more ideas on a blue this is a bad picture of chevrolet's deep indigo metallic blue. It's bright in sunlight and looks black at sundown. If you're interested in checkin it out I can get a paint code. But I think you might be wanting to go brighter blue

Yea I want a little brighter, here's a pic of the charger blue I'm thinking about and a pic of an interior I was trying to imagine in mine but instead of the white, tan and instead of red, blue. But yes like you've said I don't want it to look cheap and over done. I think maybe just blue seat belt harnesses and gauge lights and a blue back kit stereo and that's it. You can look the b5 blue charger up on google it should pop up. I think it's quit nice but I may go a little more royal and not so baby

That's a nice blue and the interior looks nice. I did mine with black dash pad, tan dash, tan carpet, seats and headliner. Doors and quarter trim are black with tan door panels, and my speaker kick panels are tan. Blue gauges, harness, and radio would b a nice touch. I also have blue neons under front and back seat but I don't ever use them

Black it is. With a body color dash and dash pad delete. Already sprayed most panels. Just got to get the carpet kit and have a headliner installed
