Dynamat or???? 66 Stang

I am restoring my 66 coupe...I see several types of insulation to cool down and eliminate interior noise....Is dynamat worth the cost? or should I use lizard skin or... some other... roll type insulation?... Just trying to see if anyone has used this this and what were your results.

Dynamat is great at keeping noise out. If you don't mind a little extra weight it is well worth it.

I will deffinately be using dynamat or some kind of insulation on my 67 project. I am deffinately interested in which is the best one for noise and heat. Not too worried about the weight seeing I'm building my engine and looking to hit about 600 hp at the wheels.
