Power Steering

Almost everytime I drive my car, when I am turning in slowly to park, I hear the nastiest sound the sharper I turn. It will make the sound even when I'm not moving, just turning the wheel. It is always right at the end when I'm pulling in the garage or parking spot. I feel it is the power steering having too much pressure.. I replaced a new water pump a few weeks ago, but this problem just occurred. Could it be as simple as a bad belt?

The pulley on the pump might be bent
