Paint color

I'm debating what color to paint my 68 I'm thinkin the dark green that it was born with, a dark metallic blue with white le mans stripe or candy apple red with the same stripes... What are your thoughts?

I hanen't kept track, but I'm guessing with supplies, paint, primer, reducer, etc., it's about $700. And alot of time sanding.

Using a regular air compressor one just for painting? I don't really know anything about body work, I need to learn heh.

It's a Cambell Hausfeld 28 gal 5hp compressor, nothing special. It meets the cfm requirements for the spray gun but was a little taxed with the da sander. I'm learning as I go too!

Yeah, I think you will want a bigger one. If I was to do it over I would have got one that is about 60 gallon and puts out 10-12 cfm's. Mainly to run the da sander. I just finished my first coat of primer and my compressor ran the gun fine.
