1966 6cyl with T5 conversion with vibration without load >60 mph

Just won and pickup my 7th mustang in the last thirty years... This one I won off eBay and it is a six cylinder with a T5 transmission conversion. Noticed on the drive home at above 60 mph with no load (gas pedal off) get a vibration, give a little gas and gone, lower speed to under 50 mph and load or no load cannot feel the vibration.

Thoughts? Could be U-Joints and if so which do I buy for the 3-speed or 5-speed and are they the same? I know driveshaft had to be shortened only vibrates at high speed and only when foot off the gas???

Thanks for any advice!
