Hot wire

What is the easiest "always hot" wire to connect to? Im wiring a mp3 player out of my glove box so it is hidden. thanks

Why not use an acc wire, so it goes off when the car is off?

I agree with Aggiesrok on using a switched circuit, but the interior lights fuse should work.
