351c heads on a 351w

This might sound stupid but with an 19 year old with no experience I could say anything. I am going to rebuild my first 351 Windsor engine out of my 69 Mach 1. Is it possible to fit a 351 cleveland heads onto the Windsor? I heard of a clevor engine which is a mix between both. Again I have no idea this is my first project and I'm willing to learn about anything. I read on wiki that the difference between the 69 351s 2v and 4v engines were not the cylinders but the intake and carb. Any thoughts?

Thanks when I sell my cobra I'm going to get a white 69 Mach 1 with a 351 Cleveland that runs for 3500 so hopefully by working on both cars I might learn something
