Just think of it this way. What restored 69 Mach 1s are running nowadays are from 40 years of time. Just think how much they'll be in another 40 years

But door tag doesn't match the vin under the hood ! Mach 1 has all matching door tag and serial # but does have a dent in trunk hatch and rear quarter panel as well as the door. Some surface rust. I haven't had a chance to dig further and look for any significant more rust. Just looking for you experts to give me your opinions ! I will try to upload pictures
That coupes probably hot, be careful.

I would buy the Mach 1 its my favourite car all time! you can get the door shell and trunck lid and quarter panel to replace it and make it look new again no big deal.

Search the web. Cjponyparts.com mustangs unlimited.com cal-mustang.com npd.com there's tons of restoration sites and even local shops that can get you stuff like that. Cjponyparts.com has the deck lid (trunk lid) for 201.99

Door skin and quarter panel skin will run you about 160 for both on cjponyparts.com

Or if you can't do metal work the whole door shell is about 375
