Trying to restore my 1967 mustang and needing advice

I'm jeremy and i own a 1967 mustang coupe that has been passed down 3 generations but it is in rough shape now being eaten up with cancer in the quarters and other smaller spots around the body. I'm wanting to do a full restore but i dont know where to start. I've rebuilt the engine and the car drives and runs but i need a new tranny. There is a 3 speed automatic in it right now but i would like to go to a 4 speed top loader. I dont have any reliable source to get my parts from and would love some advice from anyone who may have a reliable supplier that they would recommend. I bought my quarter panels as well as my wheel house inners and outers but i need to fix a leaky cowl and window tracks need replaced all the way around. If anyone has any advice on where to get the parts and where i should start first i would greatly appreciate the help. Thanks
