How do i connect a car stereo to my 1967 mustang ford?

i got A NEW CAR STEREO FOR MY 1967 FORD..THE ONLY PROBLEM NOW IS WHERE DO I CONNECT THE WIRES TO? I HAVE WIRES IN MY CAR AND THEY ALL HAVE COLORS...
DO I CONECT THE WIRES TOGETHER??? THE YELLOW WIRE TO YELLOW? THE RED WIRE TO RED? HELP!!! I ALREADY KNOW WHERE THE GROUND GOES

yea basiclly match the colors together. Make sure you connect the right speakers to the right speaker wire. There may be some that you dont use like an orange wire? i think. If you got any questions just send me a message or something

get a test light and check for the wire that cuts on with the key that goes to the red wire of radio and the wire that is always hot connects to the yellow on the radio. be careful you can void the warranty on your radio if not installed right. but you can call the manufacture of the radio and thay will walk you through the wiring process
