What is the average running temperature for a 1967 ford mustang with a v6?

a v6 wasn't available in a 67 mustang, but most engines run between 180 and 200 give or take.

Gee I didn't know Ford used a V-6 in a mustang of this vintage. But anyhow this vehicle should run around 180 to 195 F depending on thermostat.

If it's a '67 with a 200 inline 6, you can run anywhere from 160 to 210. A lot of people prefer colder thermostats in cars of that vintage.

If it has a V6, it's not the original engine
The '67 Mustang had a 200 CI inline 6 as its base engine.

It should be right around 190, give or take a few degrees depending on where you are.
