I am a massive early Dylan Fan, and "Blonde on Blonde" is an absolute Classic. However, I can only give you two Albums under your criteria, namely "John Wesley Harding", which I think is his Greatest Work, and "Blood on the Tracks" which is superb throughout.

"Dylan and the Dead" I still have on Vinyl, and that is very good in parts. "Nashville Skyline" and "Slow Train Running" were poor, "Desire" was OK, and the rest are way, way below anything that came before quality wise.

Sorry.

1. desire
2. blood on the tracks
3. john wesley harding
4. nashville skyline

i also like pat garret and billy the kid. the basement tapes are also quite good though very inconsistant. i think self portrait is interesting and underrated. time out of mind, love and theft and modern times are ok, but i really didnt get into any of them. i wasnt particularly impressed with together through life.
