NO, it's the same width as the Boss 429 and Ford had to send them out to Kar Kraft to have the engine bay widened for it to fit..

If you change out the front suspension useing something like a "Rod & Custom Motorsports" kit....just about any engine will fit ! The shock towers are the biggest problem and the new front suspension takes care of that !
