Would kind of suspension would work in a 1966 mustang?

i have a 1966 mustang as a project car with just a I6 and was looking to put a 302 in it. what kind of suspension would work to swap in this car (5 lug, stronger springs). the suspension in it wouldnt be enough for the added weight. or can any other kind of mustang fit as well, ex. 1992

You can go stock with V8 Components from the same era or use Granada disc brakes..

or update with a Mustang II rack and pinion, but it takes some fabrication and welding..
