Was the 351C engine package a stock issue in the 1971 Mustang?

With 4 barrel carb? 3 speed automatic?

Was the 351C engine package a stock issue in the 1971 Mustang?

A 4 barrel 351C was a stock option, the base 4v 351 put out about 285HP, whereas the high end 4 barrel 351C in the Boss 351 put out 330HP.

and yes 3 speed auto was a stock option too

There were (4) 351C packages available, 3 with the 4 barrel and giant ports

351cid 2V V-8 240 hp H Code
351cid 4V V-8 280 hp Cobra Jet Q Code
351cid 4V V-8 285 hp M Code
R-code (Boss 351)?: The Boss 351 is a high-performance variant available only in the 1971 Boss 351 Mustang. Rated at around 330 hp
