Warranty coverage on a 2011 Ford Mustang is as follows:
Bumper-to-Bumper Warranty - 3 years or 36,000 miles
Powertrain Warranty - 5 years or 60,000 miles
Corrosion Perforation Warranty - 5 Years
Safety Restraint Warranty - 5 years or 60,000 mile
For the 2011 It's the standard 3-year/36,000-mile bumper-to-bumper coverage, 5-year/60,000-mile Powertrain Warranty coverage; There are extended warranties available that vary in cost and coverage. You read about them here http://owner.ford.com/servlet/ContentServer?pagename=Owner/Page/ESPPage
For the 1969-1970 Mustang, it's a moot point, the warranties for these cars would've expired 35+ years ago.
If it breaks down it's up to you to fix it...kinda why greenhorns and automotively/mechanically-challenged people shouldn't own them.
