Are there any mustang books like this?

I'm looking for a mustang book that I can look up my 1974 mustang's VIN number and it will tell the history of my car. Please only answer if you know what you are talking about...

well, i have a book that will decode your vin number but that's not what i think you want done. in some states and areas you can pay a fee and have a title search done on a vehicle but surly not on one that old. anyway that would only tell you who owned the car in the past and not give any type of history. also it wouldn't go from state to state. call the DVM and give it a try.

I have a book that will tell you what your car came with. Catalog of Mustang ID Numbers 1964 1/2-1993 published by Amos Press of Sidney,OH. ISBN# 1-880524-10-4. It won't tell you a car history.
