What effect does a 1969 Mustang have on insurance?

It all depends on what engine it has, the bigger the engine, and there were 10, the more expensive the insurance..

also the engine code is in the serial number, so they will know what it has..

Classic car insurance, only available for your second car, is based on so much per hundred dollars of agreed value..

you can only inure it for classic car usage. limited miles and weekend driving. insurers are only intersted in new cars, not old. try and get agreed value not market value as market value is usually the lowest price the insurance company will pay for a car in fair condtion
