Got offered to trade a 1965 Mustang for a 1938 Ford Sedan?

Should I trade? I have the Mustang, 8 cyl, good condition, he has the sedan, it's a 4 door, 6 cyl I believe, fair condition, both of them run and drive

No way that guy knows that mustang is worth far more, old 4 door are not worth spit, the year is cool but thats all I looked on www.nada.com a 65 is the first full year of the mustang and in low book is around 10 grand and average condition for one is 20,000 dollars (like I said ) do not trade, a 38 four door ford is 7 grand in poor condition and 10 or 11 in average condition so the mustang is much more desirable. The guy with the 38 knows this for sure, trust me and he should have sweetened the pot by 5 grand or more plus his pile of crap. And if that thing has rust, its worth less. i would deff trade for the ford. there is nothing cool or exotic about a 65 mustang.
