Classic Mustang With Tinted Windows?

What do you think of classic 1965-1970 mustangs with tinted windows? I have never seen one in person before and I was considering getting the windows tinted on my car (pictured below). Does anyone have a 1965-1970 mustang with tinted windows? If so, could you post some pics? I'm trying to picture what my car would look like with tinted windows, considering I have never seen a classic mustang with tinted windows in person before.

Wow.......... Personally I would love it! Seems like a lot of classic mustangs have more of the factory look instead of their own twist. This would make you more unique though. Just IMO...

I think it would look bada$$ ! But I would drop it a little and maybe go with a little bit bigger rim. I never liked bullitts on a classic but that's just me.

I have to agree it would look sick! Get some deep dish wheels with a slight drop and wider rear tires Micky T's.

Yea I'm definitely going to lower it one of these days and I also think that tinted windows would look good. Nice mustang by the way

That lets 5% of the light it so it is a really dark tint right? Do you have a pic of your friends car? I was thinking like 20%-25% for my car. California has some ridiculous tint laws

Yeah it's really dark I have it on my truck but it looked really good on his mustang his was blue and I'm gonna do it to mine which is red. I don't have any pics of his mustang. But if it helps you my truck is grey and black like your stang you can see how the colors look.

Everyone's tint laws are 32% max, but it all depends on how strict your local cops are. I have 20% for a year and have never been pulled. 5% would definitely draw more attention than 20%. That being said if I did it over I would get 5%. It just looks better. Also I'm about to tint my front windsheild 50%

Ok do you have any pics of your truck? I would like to see the tint with grey and black. Your mustang is coming along great by the way!

Oh ok I'm most likely going to get 20% for the drivers side, passenger side, and the two quarter windows and I'm thinking about getting 5% for the back window (mostly to hide my speakers and keep out heat). How is the visibility at night with 20% tint?

20% is fine at night, but I'm good at backing up. Some ppl have issues seeing behind them but as long as you know your area you are good.

Ok thanks for the feedback. So you have 20% tint in the rear window as well?

The tint looks great. Im saving up for a 351w one of the days. I currently have a 302 with some bolt ons (carb, intake, headers, etc.) My dream is a built up 351w with 3.55 posi gears

That's great 351's are a beefy engine. Not saying you can't build a 302 to be as strong but with the 351 you can build it bigger! Lol that's what I have in my stang and I have a 351 I'm trying to sell and I have a 69 351 block which I plan ( one day when I have money lol) to stroke and build to 600 hp

Awesome, I'm not going to be able to afford a 351w for a while. They are hard to find where I live Modesto, CA. How much does a 351w motor usually run? How much should I expect to pay for a used one to build up?

That's cool I wish they were that easy to find around here. Too bad you don't live closer to Modesto CA haha I would scoop up that 351. I'll just keep saving up and wait until one comes along
