camder lock kit

has anyone heard or have tried something similar ? im having a lot of problems with my alignment and was thinking about getting this. what do you guy think?

When you put your 5 lug rotors on, did you switch to V8 spindles? If you did, did you change the rest of the steering to V8? If not your steering geometry is probably messed up.

since his stang is a 68, the spindles are the same six to V8. either way there is no change in steering geometry.

that kit you ordered is a good one to use as it will stabilize your camber settings, even if you have a tendency to bounce the front wheels off a lot of curbs. the only drawback is that the camber is somewhat harder to adjust.

And the difference for the spindles is of they were disk or drum but the kit worked for both

yeah, the way it works is the holes in the eccentrics are drilled for various camber settings, and each hole is marked. like i said the biggest issue is that you have to pull the lower control arm bolt to adjust the camber, but once set it stays where it is.

exactly right. one nice thing is that if you had wanted, you could have used the 65-67 disc brake system with the four piston kelsy-hayes calipers if you wanted a factory system.

I thought about doing that with the brakes but i couldn't find any in my area and plus brakes are pretty important part o the car haha so i wanted something i new that would stop my car. I think my parents felt the same way

the wilwood kit is a good one to use, so i have no objection, unless you got the drag race kit, in which case i would recommend getting something better for the street or other uses. i will offer one suggestion, and that is to stock up on brake parts, pads, calipers, rotors, etc. as you can afford them so that when rebuild time rolls around you have the parts on hand rather than having to wait for them to be shipped.

Well i got my parts and it works great really easy to instal took me about 5 min if anyone is having trouble with there camber get this!!!
