351c timing

Hey guys, anyone know what the timing for a 4v Cleveland is supposed to be? Having a hard time getting her dialed in. Right now she doesn't wanna stop when ya shut the key off.

What is the condition of the engine? Sometimes run on is caused by carbon build up in the combustion chamber. A chunk of carbon heats up red hot and continues to ignite the fuel mixture. Just to clarify, if the timing is advanced too far, the plugs can get very hot and cause the run on too. I hope you have already googled the spec, I'm getting ready to try it.

as i recall stock initial timing is like 6 degrees btdc.
my mind is aglow with whirling transient nodes of thought careening through a cosmic vapor of invention.
