New paint job

At the end of the month I will finally have the money to fix Jane hopefully not too long after I wanna repaint the exterior. Keep in mind that the full body is orange, and the interior is black and orange meaning that the outside color needs to match. Any suggestions?

Keep in mind that you can also change the interior color, I have found every piece of the interior forsale. so if you really want to go the king cobra route you could even choose stock king cobra colors.

I can understand that man, I don't either but I have no choice since my car is only sporting a bad primer job and rust lol. fyi most of the body shops here would not strip her down they would just layer another set of paint ontop of her for $1000+. its like another $850 to have her stripped naked and the metal re-coated with a rust protectorant (not sure if thats a word or not lol) I think my total quote for my baby is like close to $3000, thats not including removing any rust or repainting the interior or banging out dents.

seriously! lol not many II's at the shows I'm sure. I have been told by numerous mechanics and salvage yards that alot of the II's were scrapped for their metal instead of restored. especially the coupes/notchbacks like mine.

Yeah not many people liked the ll's. But I love'em. Mustangs wouldnt be where they are without the influence of the ll's. What do you think about the thick blue stripe? Maybe throw some blue into the interior?

ontop of replacing the rug and headliner which will remain red, im gonna replace the dash and panels with black and get rid of the woodgrain on the dash for some brushed metal. the doro panels are the tricky part. im gonna combine 2 different colors, black and red, since i have the doors with the chrome that runarounds the inner panels I'm gonna makes the outer panel black and the inner panel red. with the center of the seat being red (this is the most expensive part getting the seats re-upholstered)
