Best heads for a 1968 302

I'm pulling out the motor in my 68 mustang next week to start building the motor up. I have factory 302 heads, my dad has a set of d7oe 351 Windsor heads with 1.96 valves, and also have access to 302 heads from a 96 Lincoln. Which of these would be the most performance oriented or any recommendations for any low cost heads I should consider.

I am thinking about a performer intake, longtube headers, and 2 1/2 inch exhaust. Also what cam would you recommend for a daily driver.

Thanks for all your help!!!!
