Disc brake conversion

Is there a kit for a 4 wheel disc brake conversion for a 65 mustang with 4 lugs or will I have to upgrade to 5 lugs

Have never seen one but I am going to try to adapt rear discs from a foreign brand to my 7 1/4" axle this winter. I can't help being different I guess. Smart people convert to 5 lugs by using an 8" rear end. Your wheel choices become limitless then too.

It's a friends car that he is building for his son. He has decided to go 5 lug.
