throttle cable conversion - Mustang Evolution

throttle cable conversion

anyone on here do a throttle cable conversion on their 64-68 mustang? i currenty and in the process of restoring a 65' and want to do a throttle cable conversion instead of the stock linkage. my current motor is a 302 with a borg warner 10 4 speed.

I had to when I put a Weber 2v on my 6 cylinder. The pedal is the problem unless you have the money for a Lokar or some other custom pedal. I used one from a Granada but it takes alot to make it fit. Might be something easier and cost effective if you need cost effective.

I'm just gonna settle for the stock linkage now. Maybe later upgrade
