Rally PAC repairs/restoration

Anyone know who can do rally pac restorations? The original in my project needs some work.Click image for larger version

You can take a look at Speedometer Repair  Car Clock Repair Tachometer Repair Instrument Services Auto Clock Quartz Conversion they do a good job..Its really small parts and kind of hard if you don't know what your doing even if u have a step by step

I was just watching overhaulin and they said something about red line gauges and rebuilding their gauges
