Need suggestions...white face gauges w/ mini-tach

Ok, here's one. Need advise, ideas, input.

This past fall I installed a deluxe brushed aluminum dash in my '68. I am no longer loving the stock black face gauges and wanted to maybe upgrade. I checked out a set of Autometer Phantoms and thought about retrofitting them but that looks to be $600 all in. After dumping some serious bank this winter on my '89 the coffee can is dry.

Here is my question. The white face gauge overlays would work great and I think give me the look I want. A couple of years back I added the Retofit Mini-tach in the clock location and I don't see that any kits include the overlay for that. Obviously note bought need out there to produce. Any ideas on making it white face?

Thanks.

Well it was too difficult for me but im not sure how much fabrication skills you have. I just took the bezel off and put tape over the back to make a template you can actually buy one its made out of plastic tho so all the warning lights wont work unless you run a ground wire to them the hardest part was getting the holes lined up like where the gauges go mine are a little off but not too noticeable if you really were going to do this i could make a carbord template of the gauge hold and ship it to you if you pay for shipping
