73 Mustang rear rails

Just bought a 73 Mustang. The springs are shot and it looks like the rear rails need some serious work. Can someone look at the picture and give me some idea of how bad it looks. This is my first old car I bought and am just wondering if I will have a hard time fixing.

Def looks like it needs to be replaced. As far as difficulty it all depends on how good you are. There will be a lot of spot welds to cut/grind/drill out. And the just weld it in. Also would probably be a good idea to set some braces so your car will stay square. The work isn't necessarily "hard" just time consuming and annoying

Thank for the input. As welding is something I have never done, does anyone know of a quality welder in the Western New York area that does this sort of work?
