Level the car to do body work 68

Well last weekend I went and pulled the engine and front clip. This weekends plan is to level the car and replace the passenger rear quarter skin and battery apron. I will be doing this in my driveway so it should be fun. My question is can I level it on the rotisserie or just do it on the jackstands then move it to the rotisserie? Pictures to follow as it happens I hope.

Never actually done it myself, but I've heard that for things like that you want the weight as it would actually sit on the suspension. Not sure if it would matter, but at least in my head that intuitively makes sense.

I replaced my passenger quarter panel on the ground i just jacked up the rear end threw some jack stands under it and started cutting away. That was just for the skin and wheel well. I did take some measurements before and after cutting just to make sure everything was still square
