67 Windshield Washer Pedal Assy

Anyone disassemble this assembly? The switch is bad and the rubber bladder is bad. I have an original assembly with a good switch, but the need to replace the rubber bladder. It appears that the plastic nozzle screws off, but I'm afraid to shatter the old plastic trying to get it off. I don't want to drill out the rivet for the pedal or mess with the pedal spring.

Hopefully someone has fought this battle already.

Thanks.

If you are talking about the the little plastic nut with the two nipples on it, I took that off relatively easy without braking it.... Until I dropped the pedal assembly on it

Thanks, got it after lots of silicon spray. I was afraid it would turn to dust.
