Need some tips for my motor swap

I have an 82 mustang GL and I am putting a 302 that I got from a 1990 mustang GT and I was wondering could I use the same gas tank? I know since my car has a carb and the fuel pump isn't in the tank and the motor that's going in is fuel injected I would need to put a pump in the tank I'm assuming. Any tips on this and the whole 5.0 conversion would really help. Thanks

I got the complete harness / computer from the donor already. Does the fuel lines need to be changed for any reason? I'm new to this I'm 21 years old and just starting my career in this field so any info you can give me would be appreciated

Any rubber hoses will. Carb hose won't last with that high of pressure

Yep, make sure you get hose designed for fuel injected because it's a higher pressure. Also you might need a return line going back to the take (someone check me on that one - I'm not sure if that's all EFI cars).
