Those look like typical specs for a high performance front end alignment.
I think that the problem is, you aren't driving the car hard enough... Because if you were, you would be wearing out the entire tire evenly at 8k miles, instead of just the inside.
This is one of the perils of having a staggered tire/wheel setup, you can't rotate the tires!
You can try cutting the camber in half, and see if that helps with the tire wear. You may notice a slight decrease in cornering performance though. Everything is a compromise when it comes to modifying vehicles.
