Wow, make a few points and opinions, try to have another legitimate discussion then get called a troll. This is a chat forum in the general car discussion area right?

You started the thread. Why is the 4V better? Otherwise is just looks like you trolling when you make something like this and don't explain any reason why you believe it is true.....

Re: 4V modular > *

So do as you ask or you label it a troll thread? That hurts my feelings.

Responds best to mods, best manufacturer design, highest power potential.

Re: 4V modular > *

Plus I wanted to hear opinions on who thought others were better and why? How is that trolling?

Any preference to the 3 or 4 valve 4.6?

4V all the way. Heads move more air, respond better to mods, plus, aluminum > iron.

I dont think its about how many valves but about which design does its job better. You can have 4 big valves vs say 8 smaller one might work better not sure...it all physics related.

Re: 4V modular > *

The four valve design is the best though, specifically the Ford 4V.

All you need is two valves per cylinder. And pushrods. LSx > *.

Negative ghost rider. 4V will make more power.

*edit* I meant to say, "proof?"

Re: 4V modular > *

4v better , but the 05 - 10 3 valve cars have a lot more bolt on mods for them ,they're cheaper ( cam's ) etc ..... there's not a lot out there for my 03 Mach 1 for bolt on's ..... if i wanna do cams its $1200 plus valve train and gaskets makes it $2,000 in parts

Why do cams when the profiles are fine the way they are? Blower, turbo, or nitrous would more than make up for it. Just a thought.

Definately not going to knock you for going N/A. But putting juice on the car is no different than a blower or turbo, when setup like they are supposed to. They all increase cylinder pressure and hp. None is more dangerous than the other.

Lol, I gotcha. I bought a kit myself once and couldn't bring myself to use it cause it came with 175 hp pills....Not a good idea on a hci 302.
