^ You will eventually. I love how when people think that when a cop gives them a ticket for window tint they think they are getting picked on and the cop is a jerk. IT'S ILLEGAL in some places. If it's against the law the cop has to give you a ticket, it's out of his hand Take the tint off and you won't get a ticket. That simple

I own them outright. I bond myself so the insurance companies can't bone me. I paid 6300 bucks for a bond 5 years ago. I haven't paid an insurance bill for 5 years and as long as I don't use the bond money I won't have to pay anymore insurance money. It's 130,000 dollar bond. There are stipulations but it works for me

I'm a realist, you'll find out soon enough. It may be condescending but it's usually the truth and people just don't like to hear it

i didnt realize that we were talkn bout g.c.p.d. im not sure y you would think the cops not gonna show up to court. police in ohio get paid for court. im not gonna trash talk g.c.p.d. cause my friend just left there, and i try not to trash talk l.e.o.'s without all the facts.

the noise ordinance is kinda subjective (if the cop thinks you are too lod, then you are too loud) depending where you are. most places dont require the officer to have a "decibal meter"..... i definatley think the guy was fukn wit you though.

what i dont understand is why he didnt impound the vehicle. a vehicle with ficticious registration has no legal right to operate on a public roadway. he shoulda impounded the car or had you call a tow truck to remove the vehicle form the scene (if it woulda been me).

what i wanna know is what all really transpired. it just seems like alota work and effort to fuk with someone for stupid shyte. not all the time, but usualy more to the story.

I was just going by my experience here in Tennessee I have gone to court for 3 separate speeding charges and gotten out of all three either due to the charges not even being valid ( when I was sixteen had green underglows on my first car cop wrote ticket judge said there was no law against it) or the officer not showing ( the other two speeding tickets) I brought a lawyer and the cop wasn't there to argue anything so judge dropped it
But I have always been polite and respectful throughout the process so judges like to let me go
Doesn't hurt when you have a female DA either

True, but isn't it up to the officer on what to do? Sure, the law says to impound it or tow it, but like I said on page 1, same happened to me. The Trooper helped me out and said that since it's now on the side of the road, he will assume that is where I will leave it to wait for a tow, but after he leaves, maybe I leave without waiting for a tow, but to make sure it gets corrected that day.....I didn't wait...went back to base and fixed it.

descretion on enforcement... yes and no. dash cams has taken alota of descretion out of the job. most of the time you are gonna follow statute so you dont get into trouble later.

anyway, my point was...... if the guy takes the time to cite him on all the other stupid stuff, then y not impound the vehicle? seems like he was tryn to make a point which makes me think it was somewhat personal. but idk cause i wasnt there.

i hope everything works out for him.
