More GTs on the road? Typically older people drive them because they are more expensive? I dunno.

Re: Allstate Insurance

I did that last year and allstate can give you a cheaper price quote!

However your coverage will be less.... So then I call state farm and adjusted my coverage to what allstate would of and it was cheaper with State Farm!

Out of state tickets shouldn't show up. I don't think Louisiana is a reporting state anyways. I'm thinking about registering and getting a license in Texas until I can figure out what is going to happen with my DWI so I don't have an Insurance spike. I've had plenty of tickets in MS and FL that have never shown.

Progressive is ****. They are the worst of the worst. Dealing with them within body shops and as a customer, I hate them. Their policies are written with sooo many riders that allow them to use cheap aftermarket BS parts or not pay the OEM pricing if aftermarket is available. They are the hardest to get supplements and the worst attitude about approval of repairs. They will fight a customer tooth and nail. They are currently the cheapest in most places b/c they suck. No offense to you policy holders.. I'm speaking from experience. I deal with different companies often and have dealt with progressive for years as a customer. I hate them..but they are soooo cheap in my area.

You would be surprised by the "numbers games" insurance companies play. If they have X amount of dollars to the side and they are insuring over Y% over X in a specific area then they will spike their prices, stop writing policies or could get in trouble by the govt. This is why you see cycles between insurance companies where your policy continues to rise every renewal or for some unexplainable reason they begin to lower in price... they are pushing away customers or building customer base. It's all a front in a lot of the cases from the big insurance providers.
