Sounds like they didn't want to deal with you or any attitude you may have shown. Lethal is one of the best companies out there to buy parts from.
Sometimes parts are not in stock and they have them on the way. I had the same thing happen with Late Model. It happens. People buy up your stock and you have to replenish it...then you are at the mercy of the supplier.
However, I do know it's sometimes better to not deal with belligerent customers...so if you were any kind of pushy/rude, they probably would rather you have your money back than have to deal with you and have you slam their name later.
