I just had a guy help change my shredded tire and he had a cobra and said "mustang folks gotta stick together" when I thanked him.

My friend Val and I give the metal horns \m/ to other Mustang drivers

This is true. Back about Eight years ago I was stuck in traffic late night in providence rhode island there was a mustang on the side of the road. A guy had blown his bottom end from running too much boost and didn't have a cell phone so I let him use mine and as he was making the phone call another mustang pulled over to the side to help out.

I drive both. 90% of male jeep drivers wave back, I don't think women understand :p ... Rarely will a mustang driver wave :/

Around here we don't really wave, but I try to let another owner in if possible. Every time I see a Mustang broken down it is on my to work and I'm usually pressed for time. I'll help em by calling a hero unit.

Re: Is it just me?

i love mustangs more than anything! but sometimes i hate them, me and my little brother last night was talking, i told him that the two teens that live by me are wanting foxbodys, i also said that the next time they said that i was gonna smack em.
if i had every penny back that i ever put into anything dealing with mustangs(what so ever) back, or every hour i have missed sleeping from searching the web, reading a book, or just tossing and turning thinking about future mods and ideas. i would be rich and not as tired lmao, oh well we all got to rant every now and then

I will say one thing I hate about some mustang owners. They use their Ponies as if they were back in the day with a horse drawn carriage. Do not use your mustang to tow trailers. God I hate that. Get a truck and save a Mustang.

I just came from Subaru world in CO and we used to wave at each other till about 2006 when they became so common it was like waving at other people with eyebrows, "oh hey look that other guy has eyebrows too!" and I admit that Mustang culture is like that.

I'm a chick and I think that most other owners assume it's my SOs or something. I don't get any props.

Well it's mine and there isn't a man going to drive that car till I got a ring-- but I think that if I was more broke or in a different stage of life I wouldn't have the car.

Re: Is it just me?

See I'm a friendly guy so if someone waves to me I'll return the favor. Today- on the way home from work I hung with 2 other stangs for a minute though they were driving much slower than me I did throttle back and hang with em for a minute. Though I don't think the one owner noticed the other guy and myself.
