Re: Slp

I personally prefer the SLP's on F-bodies over mustangs, but there are some Machs and GT's with them that on that sound decent.

If it were me I'd look into Borlas, Magnaflow, Bassani, Flowmaster, Pypes etc. But if you want something different slap the LM2's on there with a midpipe.

As said, the best way to get an idea of the sound is to listen to vids or hear cars in person.

I had slp loudmouth II's... No cats or resonators on my 04 gt.. It's really loud.. Annoying on trips over 20 miles... I listened to TONS of vids on YouTube and it sounded NOTHING like the clips I heard... For me they sound too much like glass packs.. Maybe ok w cats or w resonators or both but awful without in my opinion.. I used to be obsessed w 99-04 gt's... Best thing I have heard is probably magnaflow.. Classic mustang sound w a deeper rumble than any of the others.. I also had 40 series flowmasters w and w/o cats... Sounded good but not enough for me..
