Personally I'm afraid to drive my car, too many idiotic drivers here.
+1 on idiotic drivers, I ha an old lady almost take the whole front half off of my stang, she pulled out of a parking lot onto a main highway and crossed two an a half lanes of traffic, and almost hit me and my mom in my stang

This is funny because my dad drives a big 99 1500 4x4, he loves his truck like I love my mustang but I can't stand his truck and he doesn't like my mustang lol

But I agree 90s dodges needed help lol

Ok. In my opinion there is nothing wrong with a girl being a mechanic, I think its really cool!

I dated a girl who did her own work, and it was one of the series things she did. It's like a +1 on the hotness scale to most guys.

I want to work at a dealership but I have a hard time talking to people in person, let alone on the phone.

You don't really need to being a tech. That's what service advisors are for. Occasionally you might need to but that just depends on the dealer. The only times I talk to a customer is to tell them where the parts department is or to let them know an advisor will be with them in a few minutes.

I'm a fairly introverted person so I've had a lot of the same misgivings you have.

I'm just too afraid of saying the wrong thing since I'm always joking around with my family. Also just shy to new people.

Yeah that's how I started off when I first started and everybody has rubbed off on me now so I feel pretty comfortable talking to most people. I just have a habit of rushing things if I happen to be trying to show them something. I'm just fine around the other techs though. I just had to find out where my comfort zone is

Yea, I'm in 10th grade and I used to get bullied. But I have anger issues and last time someone made fun of me in front of everyone, I went ape on them. I don't mean to sound like a hothead cuz I'm not. I Can't even remember it but my knuckles bruised and he didn't hit me back, but continued to talk **** up until 9th grade. I don't have a lot of friends and ppl don't exactly go out of their way to talk to me. I don care though cuz in the end all that matters is health, family, religion, cars, and my mustang! And I'm a hell lot happier than that kid who I hit cuz he's a drug addict now.
