Please don't... If you're into Mustangs as much as we are, Please don't!

I'm assuming you are, Because you joined a Mustang forum. Something your average owner doesn't do if they don't care for the car.

Teenage owners

Bought her with 41K miles, so she was cheap (as far as GTs go) enough for me to finance monthly payments. Used and probably abused 2012 GT. I'm 19.

I got under glow for my mustang and haven't put it on yet but I don't see anything wrong with under glow? It's looks cool and you'll probably like it. Do whatever you want with your mustang. It's your car.

Reason we are all saying no to underglow is because it was a popular thing to do back in early 2000's when body kits, wings, and stickers were still acceptable. Those cars also were not mustangs then so why do it to one now?

I'm going to make it look more clean than cheesy no wing or stickers or body kits other than maybe a cobra bumper and the stock gt wing. it's not like it's always going to be on I can just turn it off

Unless u got something good to say just don't say anything because I've heard all the reasons y and y not to put it on

Since the car looks to be a convertible I would get a roll bar, they look pretty good and also are pretty useful. A Mach 1 chin, tint all the lights, and lower it. That should make it look pretty good.

O yea I think your insurance is cheaper if you get a roll bar. I'm not sure if that is true or not, just something I heard

On the wheels I think I'm going to keep the matte black because when it's said and done I think I'm only going to put a MMD ABS rear window louver and possibly lowering it but I don't quite know about the second.

Just warning you that you are probably gonna get hate for being young with that car. Just ignore it and it will go away.

Yeah man, that's the spirit. I'm 25 and my Mustang looks similar to a lot of the blacked out ones here. I think the only real thing to be concerned about is the resale value (unless you're running it into the ground). Granted I'm not much older than many of you, but there's a lot of things that look great as a teenager, but might end up biting you later. From the looks of this thread, it seems most people have pretty awesome looking cars. Keep modding!
