I'll have to try and remember.

I'm tossing around the idea of going spoiler less. Could I get every bodies opinions? I plan on having the car lowered by the end of the month as well so I think the lowered ride height will help the look a bit. Here's a pic with the spoiler on. I'll try and get one with it of on Wednesday.

I want H&R Race springs so I believe it's 1"-1.25" if I remember correctly. I love seeing the wingless look on New Edges, however I have yet to see a 99-00 without both the hood scoop and the spoiler. Here's a picture with a better view that I think I've posted before.

Yeah I literally was just looking at the 1.3 front 1.4 rear H&R. I think that plus the wingless look would be badass with the chin spoiler as well! And yeah I remember talking to you I think about the school bus in the background? Lol

Hmm most likely, god I already feel like an old man with Alzheimer's and I'm only 19!!

Assuming I like the look with the ride height and everything else, all I would need is a set of rims and I'll be satisfied for a while... hopefully.

I feel ya brother... just turned 18 and feel old haha. Anyways yeah I suggest either some solid 5 spoke chromes or any black set for your ride. And some smoked taillights!

Here are the 3 rims I've narrowed it down to. CCWs, FR500s, or 10th anniversary cobras. All of them in anthracite/gun metal preferably. Murdered out cars just aren't my cup of tea.

Haha that's what everybody says.

Those CCWs have really been catching my eyes lately, but I'm scared to look at the price of them for fear that all my hopes and dreams for the summer will be crushed.

Yeah but any advice or opinion is always welcome. I'm trying to get some money saved but stupid thing keep getting in the way. I just got a 95 Audi A6 dropped in my lap do I have to get that running and titled and all that good stuff so its cutting into my mustang fund. However with 2 jobs and a solid beater hopefully I'll be able to do some serious work to the mustang this summer.

You know, I don't think I've ever seen GT4s on a New Edge. At least not that I can recall.

Haha a 2.8l packing a whopping 170bhp. 0-60 in a ground breaking 9.1 seconds while weighing in at over 3700 pounds. And that's with the Quattro drivetrain.

Haha yeah it is, I just gotta get the timing belt fixed and find the shift-lock relay and then it'll be ready to instill fear in any and all grandma cars out there.

I think I understand you.. it seems you don't have your car tuned for it. Didn't you say you did a cat delete? That could all be a big cause due to the increase air flow without tune

Haha did you get that for a daily driver?

---------- Post added at 12:06 AM ---------- Previous post was at 12:03 AM ----------

And when we ask at idle is because once again the air flow increase means less pressure at idle which leads to a lower rpm idle.

No muffler delete unless that's that's the same thing. But yea bro I was thinking the same thing, about the tuning. Does the engine have to get used to the exhaust because I just installed it yesterday

Yep. My friend/mentor didn't want it so he just gave it to me to do whatever I want with it.

No its totally different! But yes I suggest you get a tuner. It'll bring everything together. And I've heard two different stories. But since its a muffler delete I don't think your engine will adjust... I would either love it how it is or get a sweet little handheld like the majority on here

I'm still deciding what to do with it. Right now I'm gonna focus on creature comforts. Specifically a kickin sound system.

I have a 10" JL in the mustang and I like it a lot. I'm thinking 2 10s in the Audi with a new head unit. Apparently I have factory Bose sound system so hopefully the speakers are good.
