I have driven plenty of terminators and while they are amazing cars they don't diminish the 5.0 any...I never said that the termis weren't beast of cars all I was saying is that so are the 5.0s

The new chassis is very refined and handles power very well. The sn95 chassis does not handle power very well and lets you know it is all i'm saying. I was thoroughly unimpressed with the new 5.0 after all the hype I have heard. Would I buy one? Yes. Would I expect the same feeling from it? No.

It's like comparing a 400hp fox to a 400hp sn95. The fox will always have a more brutal feeling of power. That's the same difference between the sn95 and s197.

The 5.0s are also very conservatively tuned from the factory...tune that baby and its a whole new beast...what gear ratio version did you drive? You also have to realize that the termi is supercharged so it will produce more low end torque which will cause it to feel stronger on the low end... Either way my reply for the op was the fact that with an 8-9 year old car you have less in the way of technology, as well as you have more chances for things to go wrong...I would personally choose the 07-09 gt500 seeing that's what I did....lol since you can buy them at the same price as a new 5.0....lol talk about raw power....

Just plasti dipped my lower valance and fuel door. My smoked tails are almost done. But now I have a decision to make. Should I plastidip my deck lid or the lip on my spoiler?

Hey guys I used nite shades on my tails yesterday and today I wet sanded my clear coat and then applied one last coat and now my lights aren't glossy they are all foggy lookin. Did my wet sanding and last clear coat mess it up? I thought it was supposed to make it more glossy?
