Modded mustang christmas

So for Christmas I decided to mod out my sons mustang power wheels! I'm waiting on the batteries now it will be converted to 24V so it should put a little pep in it. I also figured it was starting to look a little rough so it was time to paint it up, I didn't want to paint it nice and shinny just for it to get scratched up so my buddy had the idea of spray bed liner! Perfect idea! So here are a few pictures of the mustang, I wish I took before pics. But I smoked the head and tail lights and painted some stripes on it, I really like how it turned out. Let me know what you think! Up next is LEDs in the lights and if I have time I will wire up a sound system! Woohoo!

Re: Modded mustang christmas

go online and look for a set of power wheel rear tire rubber bands....yes it's a real product...it gives the back tires more traction so that 24v battery doesn't just spin the back tires all day

Just the regular stock, just painted up of course.

I am also looking to upgrade the motors in the stang just for a little extra.

Thanks for the input. I will be installing the lights tonight and maybe the CD player. It's funny though because my wife doesn't mind messing with my sons stang but when it comes to mine there is just too much to do. Lol

Well I have the lights done, the batteries should be here tomorrow morning. Plus I WILL be installing a CD player and some speakers tomorrow! But here are some samples! Sorry but I don't have 12v so I didn't get a pic of the tail lights lit up

So here is the final product! But I'm going to look for some different motors tomorrow because I know that the stock ones are just not going to hold up. But I installed a CD player and two Sony 5" speakers!

Does that have sequential taillights ;P. that ride is awesome. Wish I had something like that when I was a kid. That's definitely like coolest kid on block status.

Well if anyone has any ideas or options for the motors it would be a great help. My hobby shop here was just rude an unhelpful. So any input would help. I'm running a 24v setup
